Anybody else noticed an increasing number of attempts by algerians, spaniards and other african countries to erase/change/diminish Moroccan history brick by brick?

UPDATE before I ask my question: I wanna thank all of you guys that responded to my previous thread about the line always getting tangled. The issue was indeed the line being too thick and heavy for my reel (0.45mm while reel says 0.33mm).
Now I'm wondering, how do you guys stop the line when casting far? I have a 4.5m surf casting rod, trying to cast from the rocks/cliffs so need to cast far, but I have no idea how to stop the line.
Do you all just stop it with your fingers? Or do you wait until it naturally reaches the water and stops on its own?
Because when I do the latter, I get line backlash and it tangles up.

Idk what I’m doing wrong, but every time I start to reel it in it gets all tangled up like the picture below. Then I have to cut and reset my bait and everything… then it happens again.
I’m sure I’m doing something wrong I just don’t know what.
