Ok so I have half fair and I used the card from.monday to Saturday I did not use it Sunday as I didn't need to go out but it said I had reached the cap I went to use it 2x today 1 on the bus and the card kept saying tap again driver let me pass on my way back I took the train and I went to go check if the cap went through, it didn't it charged the card instead. Is it because I didn't use it immediately the day after the 7day cap? I don't use it on the 7th day since it's a day off for me I don't need to go anywhere. Please someone make sense of this. What I understood was 7 days after it was used the next week is free even if I didn't use it for 1 day according to google (can't find the tab anymore since I closed it -.-)

2nd time it happens 1st was due to an app ok my fault 2nd time was just now I normally get my benefits 8th, cheked system it said I got them 6th ok wierd I don't like that's there's no notification. Anywayz my entire balance was stolen in 10 transactions of the same day over $500 stolen I didn't even get a chance to use and I lotterally have 1 piece of meat in the freezer, I have a 1 year old and was hoping to stock fridge today so much for that, yes I get wic but it's very minimal things compared to when they gave formula. Why the hell is no1 stopping the thieves or at least making it an alert like banks do, I wish they would fix the system at least either tell me when it's being used or when it deposits changes. I'm furious and food banks are trash either unhealthy crap or spoiled, I have type 1 diabetes so I reaaaly manage what I eat and what my LO eats. And worse they won't replace it I get it funding was shut down but it should be that they replace it a limited amount of times like a bank ik it's not the same but this should be like this especially since we have so much shit to do to qualify for this, you work too much you get nothing you don't have kids you get nada (usually) like comon fix the system that's been damaged over 30 years (NYC btw)

So I got chime less than a month ago I do not work I have no direct deposit but I got my taxes so I was using that to catch up on what is needed for my family (husband and baby) now I'm sp confused on them saying they reserved my money for the stuff I have paid for, now does that mean they have my money or does this mean I need to pay it. If it means I need to pay I'm so fucked I have no money left and I didn't even spend it irrationally it was things like bills rent and food. Please help me understand this
