Does anyone know how the crystal comes out on this old seamaster. I want to replace it.

I have 350,000km (219,000 miles) on my trucks. It runs great but as you can see the body had better days. Do you think it’s worth repairing and repainting. I haven’t yet looked into what the cost would be.
