Best way to get a new toilet seat installed quickly?
Toilet seat is functional but extremely dirty, easiest way to replace it quickly?
I'm just a roommate and I'd like to get this done quickly (in 1 day)

Hi, 28M working in-office in midtown east. Looking to stay near 4/5/6/7/L trains, or an easy commute to grand central (<30 minutes).
Move-in flexible, but ideally now/June/July.
Budget up to $2500-ish.
Looking to split a 2BR/3BR.
Looking at: Kips Bay, UES/Yorkville, Williamsburg, or "Quieter" parts of Long-Island-City or East Village, etc. (not facing a loud avenue, not across an elevated train)
Very flexible on neighborhood, as long as its easy to get to grand central, and its possible to sleep at night.
Ideally you are a working professional in your 20s or early 30s, commuting to Manhattan.
On streeteasy, I have a few listings of interest:
-$6K 3BR in LIC (40th Av and 28th St)
-$4400 2BR in LIC on 41st av and 27th st
-several $4500 2BRs in yorkville/UES, (East 90th and 2nd ave)
-$6200 3BR or $4600 2BR near Lorimer L in Williamsburg
-several good $4.9K-$5K 2BRs in Kips Bay
About me: Lived in NYC for a long time. I'm a clean person, I take care of dishes right away. I've had a good experience managing cleaning schedules.
Socially, I like to get out of the house and go to the gym, get outside.
Please share a bit about yourself, including FB/socials.
