Tired/fatigue 3-4 hours after dose?

Anyone get hit with a complete wave of fatigue 3-4 hours after a dose? Recently, around 12-1pm, I'm hit with an intense wave of fatigue, like I'm so tired and my body feels so weak and heavy. Usually ill lay down and feel somewhat better within an hour or so.

I've had to change my routine a bit and take my buspar closer to food in the morning, usually around 9 or 930am. I don't know for sure if it is the buspar or not, just trying to figure that out. It seems late for a "side effect" to hit for a pretty fast clearing med, but thought I'd ask if anyone else has experienced this.

Minipill missed dose, bleeding 14 days

Just hoping anyone can shed some light on this and/or offer solutions.

I accidentally missed a dose of BC on July 12. This was a little past mid cycle for me.

A withdrawal bleed started the next day, and the intensity was basically a 4 day period. It lightened up, and basically was 6 days of daily spotting, mostly in the morning. 2 days ago, it's kind of picked up and it's heavier. Today is much heavier (for me anyway) Yesterday would've been around when my "normal" period should have started.

I'm just kind of thrown off. Is it just my normal period starting now, after that long withdrawal bleed, and days of spotting? How much bleeding/spotting is normal after unintentionally missing a dose? Is there anything I can do to stop it? I sent a message to my gyno, but she hasn't responded yet.

Minipill (norethindrone) missed dose and bleeding.

Just hoping anyone can shed some light on this if they experienced this.

I'm just kind of thrown off. Is it just my normal period starting now, after that long withdrawal bleed, and days of spotting? Not sure if I should call my OB. (Honestly she kind of sucks so I don't want to if I don't have to, lol). How much bleeding/spotting is normal after unintentionally missing a dose?

How accurate are nightly o2 readings?

I have a cheap ass smart ring that uses the SmartHealth app I've been using recently. At night, it's tracking my o2 as 88-93. No dramatic spikes but the 30 min readings are consistently below 95. Heart rate readings while sleeping seem in the realm of normal (high 40s/low 50s)

I actually ordered a sleep study, cause now im concerned I have apnea 🤣 I don't have any of the classic symptoms (snoring, waking up gasping, waking up with a headache) but I do often get fatigued during the day, usually afternoon, which could be a hundred different things.

So how accurate are these readings? Did I just waste a bunch of money on a sleep study?

What do you do to deal with the constant burning?

I'm at a loss and so miserable. I know a lot of you have dealt with this for months or years and I truly commend your strength, this is miserable. I feel like I have no tolerance for discomfort and it's sky rocketing my anxiety.

Suspected gastritis or ulcer after nsaid use, on 20mg omeprazole, 1mg sucralfrate twice daily and I also took pepcid and slippery elm today. It's just a constant stomach burning all day (I had some breastbone burning earlier but luckily that has subsided)

The burning started after breakfast (literally the same breakfast yesterday, oatmeal, and I was totally fine then). I've been eating very bland.

Heat sometimes help, ice is good for at least numbing it temporarily. Just the sheer metal exhaustion from constant stomach burning pain.... Ugh.

What are your tips and tricks for constant, relentless stomach burning? Any "remedies" I'm missing that might be worth a try? I had this happen last week and ended up in the er it was so bad (chest and back burning). They gave me pantoprazole, gi cocktail and the Rx for sucralfrate, but I can't run to the er every time I'm in pain from it.

And is this "normal"? They say healing isn't linear but it sucks to have a good day with minimal pain, where it feels like all the meds are doing their thing, then to have a terrible day like this. And I know my stress about it doesnt help, but not sure how to reduce stress when I'm in constant pain 😂

Day 12 post extraction - pain still normal?

Just looking for some affirmations! I'm 41, so older than average. Lower right, partially impacted, wisdom tooth, plus the molar next to it, were extracted. Im still in pain on day 12! It's not unmanageably bad but it's just annoying to have constant low grade pain. I can only take Tylenol unfortunately, it'll help somewhat but there's always a low grade discomfort, both in the socket and my jaw.

I was checked on day 7 and he said it was healing fine. No fever or anything to indicate an infection. I did two courses of antibiotics also (I was on amoxicillin at removal, and when he did the follow up, he said take penicillin for 3 days, even though there wasn't any sign of infection). My neck on the side also hurts too, I assume muscle tightness.

Just want to hear that this isn't totally abnormal 😭😭

White spot from cavity... Options?

I have a cavity on the back and edge of my front tooth. I already have an appointment to get it filled. However, a white spot appeared on the right side of the front tooth after the cavity developed. Is it demineralization? Something else? The Internet seems to say that white demineralization spots happen before a cavity forms, but in my case, it appeared after the cavity was already there.

Also, I'm just trying to get a read on what options will be available to fix the white spot after the cavity is filled. Sorry for the poor picture. Hard to get a good shot of it.
