This is not a support role. You will own design end to end.

What you'll deliver in 3 months

• Brand identity - color system, typography, visual language
• Design system in Figma - components, variants, auto-layout
• All core app screens - onboarding, dashboard, data visualizations, settings
• Interactive prototypes for developer handoff
• Documented design decisions

Must have

• 2–4 years UI/UX experience, mobile-first
• Figma - components, auto-layout, prototypes, full handoff
• Has shipped design to a real product.
• Can work independently - no art direction provided
• Portfolio showing mobile work with actual UX thinking.

Good to have

• Health, wellness, or data-heavy app experience
• Accessibility awareness - WCAG basics, cognitive load, motion sensitivity
• Experience designing for sensitive or complex data
