Anybody seeing with video/ single image ads that have the “show products” or Shopify synced catalog not appearing correctly in feed?

Are we seeing budget burned through in the morning? L3 days 1/2 of my $4k budget has been ran through before 11am EST? Anybody else noticing this?
Anybody seeing their cost caps spend super inefficiently? For context month of April CPA was $138 — cost cap built out & set at $135 for month of May.
MTD results spending over budget at $180 CPA? Our lowest cost campaign is spending 5x more + far more efficient?
Any ideas/ thoughts?
