I set a parcel via Tracked 24 last week and stupidly put the wrong address on it. The person at the wrong house signed for it, realised their error, then returned it back to the post office. It's now gone to our local MC - what happens now? I've got the tracking number but can't find out how to get the parcel back and no information that I can find online
Since going through the menopause I have been plagued by a number of bursitis issues. The current one is in my heel and has been going on now for 7 months. I am very hypermobile in my ankles and wrists, and really hobbling about because of the bursitis in my heel. It's worse in the morning, on standing, moving about after a period of sitting at work (like a wooden leg!). I'm currently trying standing on tip toes, gym work to strengthen my calves, and he has suggested wearing heel lifts in my shoes. I have had to give up running, and love exercising and walking, but these are proving difficult.
Has anyone had this and if so, did they find anything else that works?
