RMR cut on a Tuarus GX2?

I know the Taurus GX2 T.O.R.O. is cut for an RMSc footprint. I got a standard GX2 without the cut because it was all they had at the moment and i didn't feel like waiting. My question is has anyone done an RMR cut instead of an RMSc, will it even work? I know you can get a dovetail adapter as I've already ordered one and am waiting for it to arrive. My cousin has a mini cnc and he can do it without breaking my wallet as long as he has the measurements but I'm not sure if it will work and don't want to try it without some research but i can't seem to find anything on it. I've seen multiple services for an RMSc cut but none for an RMR. Forgive me if this sounds stupid this is my first gun and I'm still learning the ins and outs and thanks for any input you can give in advance.

Edit: For clarification my cousin has been a cnc operator for years

Making an anti stax/lockout commander deck

So I play magic on tabletop sim most of the time and I'm seeing a lot of stax, explosive growth/card advantage. So I want to make a deck for when I run into those people everyone else at the table can have a chance. Looking for cards like confounding conundrum, Notion theif(if there is a card that does something similar to notion theif without me drawing cards I'm cool with that too, that's just the only one coming to mind atm). Basically stuff that still allows you to play normally but if you are trying to do too much it keeps you in check. I'm assuming it's going to be more of a control deck with a win con like approach of the second sun. Thanks in advance

UPDATE: to clarify the deck that pushed me to make something like this is gitrog the saddle playing pretty much only stax and had a few cards that when one of his creatures died he'd go search for lands equal to that creatures power. I'm mainly looking to counter stax but also curb some of the other things I might run into with different kinds of stax players
