My store manager was insisting today that the new target exclusive cake pop merch launches tomorrow on Oct 6th? She wouldn't listen to us when we told her *all* of our sirens eye stuff says Oct 13th

Basically just the title, I'm just looking for clarification on if there's some news our kiosk missed or if my store manager is just straight up wrong???

For context:
She asked one of my coworkers last minute to come into work early tomorrow on the 6th to help with the launch and has already shifted his schedule for it.

My other coworker went to the back room and told her outright *every* communication we have from Starbucks about it says Oct 13th, but she wouldn't listen to him and just "no it's actually the 6th now" or something like that.

We reprinted out the weekly update pages, we triple checked all of our sirens eye stuff, we checked the app and Starbucks website, we looked for news of the launch being rolled up a week and we can't find *anything* saying it launches on the 6th.

She's not exactly a "great" manager and generally shows a very "neglectful" attitude towards the kiosk. Giraffe level oversight is her superpower, but she's also very slow to admit when she's wrong. She typically gets defensive and pushes back harder if people critique her or her behavior.

Im worried that she's wrong and that we'll get in serious trouble with corporate if we sell the merch this early, but I'm also worried that if we point to the evidence and say "NO, sorry but you're wrong!" She'll just get angry at us for being "disrespectful" and punish us with write ups or whatever.... So I thought it might be worth leaving a post up here and seeing if anyone has heard anything about the launch being moved to the 6th??? Or if maybe my manager is in fact just wrong this time?

They *really* need to fix the lost loot system to work the way it did in borderlands 3 instead

Me and my partner just recently picked up bl4, and we've been having a really good time with it. After a few hours in (we spent too much time running around and exploring XD) we finally got access to a lost loot machine and we were really excited because it was hands down one of the best quality of life systems in bl3.

Only for us to be *immensely* disappointed to immediately see the lost "loot" machine stuffed to the brim with white and green rarity "loot"

I've done some searching online and I see that I'm definitely *not* the only one complaining about this by any means. I also see that they have done several updates to the "logic" of the system so that it's supposed to prioritize higher rarity.... AFTER it's already full or something???

My problem is that I just can't fathom *why* this is the choice gearbox made. In what world would *any* player actually WANT commons and uncommons in their lost loot box??? I don't care if it's "prioritizing legendaries after it's full" or whatever. I don't want it picking up lower rarity "loot" ✨at all✨.

My even *bigger* problem is that despite thousands of players complaining about this (pretty loudly from what I saw) since the games launch the devs for some reason STILL haven't fixed it the RIGHT way???? What's the point of all the lazy "redesigns" of the system logic when the ✨infinitely easier✨ and obviously fix would just be to make it not pick up lower rarity guns??? Especially when removing lower quality guns from the lost loot pick up all together is obviously the *preferred* request from most of the fans complaining about it???

The lost loot system is already driving me crazy and I've only used it like twice. I'm only a few hours in and yet im kind of already at the point where I might just stop checking the lost loot box all together since it's just gonna be common rarity junk that I'm gonna have to waste time trashing or selling every single time.

Please stop yelling at us about the chai, we aren't making it wrong, they just watered down the recipe by removing some of the spices 😭

I'm including a picture of the ingredients list on both the old chai and the new chai. My store still had a few of the old ones when the change happened a few months back. I took a picture because I thought it was weird that Starbucks wasn't being honest about reducing the amount of cardamom. I'm adding the pics so y'all know I'm not lying.

When they launched the premium chai recipe (the new one) Starbucks claimed that *all* that changed was the sweetener. As you can see by reading the ingredients list, this is a lie. They *also* reduced the amount of cardamom to be *less* than the amount of black pepper and ginger. My assumption is that they did this to save money, because cardamom isnt a very cheap spice.

I keep getting people spamming the statement "I just doesn't taste like chai!" Over and over again and making me remake their drink *over and over again*. It's not us. We're not making your drink wrong. Starbucks just lied to you. It doesn't taste like chai anymore because they reduced the amount of the most expensive spice in the original recipe. And trust that we're just as disappointed as you are. It tastes watery because that's just how it tastes now. Pls stop yelling at us and making us remake your chai 63 times in a row 😭

There's this cute little dog on the corner in this neighborhood, he's hanging out by this fence with several small dogs in it. He seems friendly and well groomed so I'm assuming and not a stray, He has no collar tho. He seems nervous and wouldn't come to us, otherwise I'd try and get him to a vet to check for a chip. He's off leash and everything just kinda running around over here but I'm worried about him possibly getting hit by a car that's passing by - so if anyone knows who he belongs to, or is looking for him I'd recommend picking the little guy up.
