Looking for Some Collaborative suggestions

I have had this terrarium set up for a few months but I still feel like things are missing or out of place.

There’s spaces that can be filled and some plants that aren’t taking advantage of the space in the way I thought they would, like the syngoniums.

I am considering removing the begonia but my dart really enjoys the big leaves and sleeps on them at night.

I was thinking of making it entirely green like a jungle or at least trying to fill in the background.

I was looking for some suggestions of what species of plants other people would use or think would work well for what I have rn.

Thanks.

Why are my leaves turning red?

Hey everyone, I’ve had this Maria for almost a year, but within the past few weeks some of the oldest leaves have turned this red colour. Any idea why? It sits just below a window and gets a few hours of sun a day. I recently moved all my syngoniums outside because it’s been fairly sunny and damp out which I thought they might enjoy. I live in a forest so they get dappled sunlight for most of the day with some direct.

Hunger Strike

Hello everyone,

It feels like I make one of these posts every few months but long periods of time without eating always worry me. My tailless whip is 1 years old, and has molted twice with me since I got them in February. The first time they molted, they fasted for a few weeks and then ate a few days after the molt. This time they fasted for a few weeks but now it’s been 10 days since the molt and they still haven’t accepted any food. They have the enough humidity, darkness, and I haven’t changed anything really. Their abdomen is super thin right now, I’m just looking for some reassurance.

Thanks

Advice for how to improve my photos in editing?

Hello everyone, I recently got into macrophotography and have been taking photos using the Olympus TG-7 camera. I was wondering is anyone had any advice on how to improve my photo in when I'm editing them so that they can reach their max potential. One problem I've been running into is a lense flares, specifically a red spot that appears in the center of the camera. The second photo is a good example of this, as well as the last one.

Is is possible to determine the sex yet?

My Damon Johnstonii just molted for the second time, and I’m wondering if anyone’s able to sex it yet.

Tank Rating

Hey everyone, I’m new to this subreddit and the dart frog hobby. I recently got a male ameerega bassleri, and this is his set up. I wish I allowed for more room on other levels, but overall what are people’s thoughts on the set up? I’m looking forward to seeing how the different plants grow in.

Lucy’s First Molt With Me

Hey everyone, after a period of fasting, I opened the door to the closet to find Lucy a transparent white with her exoskeleton on the ground! I was waiting for this to happen! This is the first time she’s molted since I got her two months ago… how long do I wait before it’s safe to offer her food? And how long should it take for her to fully harden?

Thanks

I’ve had my Damon Johnstonii for a month or two now. She is around 10 months old, but she seems to be afraid of live food. Anytime a small cricket moves, she pokes it and throws up her padipalps and then runs away. She was accepting pre-killed food pretty well but she’s been non receptive for a week now, sometimes the cricket is resting right beside her too. Her abdomen is thinner which is a sign to me that she want to eat. Is this a regular thing?
