Coding with Hermes

With the new Judgement Release, how has people's experience been with programming with Hermes? I'm especially interested in the MoA feature but currently for actual development, I still revert to a more pair programming style with VSCode and Codex/Claude. How has others experience been? Anyone been able to be more productive using hermes instead of pair programming or do you think it's better for just initial scaffolding?

Client domain Or Company Domain?

I run a rewards management company and so I often send out emails notifying users of my client about promotions.

Curious if anyone has thoughts on using the clients domain for sending or using my own companies.

On one hand, if I use my own, I can have more certainty in my domain reputation and deliverability. But I risk also having a bad domain reputation due to the volume of emails being sent across all my clients. This could have a cascading effect across all my clients.

But if I use the clients domain, I am relying on the deliverability of their domain. It instills more trust when users receive an email from the company they recognize but I worry about having to warm up and manage the reputation of my clients domains.

Does anyone have any thoughts or recommendations?

Bad Cold Calling Experiences? I will not promote

Was just doing the daily grind and got some crappy responses from calls.

Had a person call back after 2 cold texts over a week and had them swearing and yelling that they were being harrased and threatened to call the police. Was not a fun call and just overall put a damper on an already hard thing to do, cold calling potential customers.

Anyone else also having crappy calls and want to vent as well? Tell me your worst calls!

I have ADHD so doing sales has always been tough. Also as a way to avoid actual calls, I tended to just build instead of calling customers. People kept saying I needed to track my calls and track the results but a combination of not wanting to do the hard work and also being scared to call people, I put it off.

I feel like with AI, I finally cracked the code in how to organize my thoughts and really keep myself accountable. I was always told, use HubSpot, use Clickup and other things but the time it took to get familiar with it and get it set up, I always ended up with something mediocre and time wasted.

I used AI to finally rebuild my own quick to-do list that I use daily, it took me a a day to build while I was doing other stuff. Then I also coded a cold calling transcriber that helps me keep track of what I've said in calls so I can review them easily. And I built my own CRM so that everything works together.

Not selling anything, just sharing to hopefully inspire others to not settle for crappy software and just customize it and remove the roadblocks most founders were plagued with before.

I recently saw this post by someone who made a good point about approaching being a mentee by having a specific goal.

I have been trying my hand at startups and have been unsuccessful for a while. I'm a engineer with a strong technical background and good communication skills. I realized I wasn't good with being a solo founder especially since I didn't have the domain expertise in the ideas I was attempting. So to get the ball rolling, I'm trying to do some consulting instead.

I want to focus on being an consultant that teaches or helps companies use AI for better CRM management.

The thing is, I am recognizing going from 0-1 is not my strong suit. So I am hoping to get some mentorship from someone who has actually done it. Done consulting or had their own startup and can actually challenge and push me to get that first customer to get the ball rolling.
