I am looking for a removable hip belt that will work on the Aer TP4 and the ULA Dragonfly 36l. I am seeking recommendations based on the following criteria:

- as much padded area as possible
- easy on/off
- works for 1” and 1.5” connector loops
- I’d prefer a traditional plastic buckle
- no need for pockets and don’t care about matching material

I am looking into AER and Tom Bihns options (The ULA straps have 1” connectors and likely wont work on the 1.5” TP4 loops) but I am open to other recommendations.

I have like 20 pairs of used Duluth Buck Naked and Armachillo boxers (sizes 2XLand 3XL) that don’t fit me any more. You can’t donate or sell them, but they were pretty expensive and I don’t want them to just go to waste in the trash. Any suggestions on what to do with them? Thanks!
