Hi everyone, I have just started taking vortioxetine for my anxiety and found it also interacting with my OCD. As my anxiety tends to be fuel to my OCD, although I am only 5 days in, I am noticing a small but definitely noticeable improvement to my compulsions and the intensity and frequency at which they come about because of my intrusive thoughts.

I have been experiencing some things such as nausea, some headaches, a feeling that I am about to vomit, and mood swings/ my anxiety seemingly disappearing by probably 90%. I feel that I am switching moods quite rapidly, and have a mood where I experience an extremely happy, positive and motivated feeling, basically a euphoria. I also feel a fuzzy feeling in my mind.

Does anyone else have any experience to share with their OCD and how it interacts with this medication and vice versa? It would be really interesting to hear. Thank you!
