Just like everyone else I am trying to get ahold of a set of DB covers. Normally I buy zasshi only from Japan because it usually gets marked up like crazy once imported but I managed to pick up this DB cover here for $100. Condition is pretty decent. I know it is the most sought after cover but I was still surprised to get it here cheaper than I could find it in japan.

Stopped by a friends of the library bookstore on my way back home and lucked out in the $0.50 each manga section!

To my knowledge this issue of Viz Monthly Dragon Ball is the first time English readers got to see the Super Saiyan transformation in the manga.

The copy looked pretty clean so I sent it in for grading. Hopefully looking for at least a CGC 9.0 but maybe that is just first time grader false hope.

I managed to pick up a copy of the Princess of the Never-Ending Castle Non-Human edition published by Hollow Press. These were limited to 333 copies and advertised as an even more oversized version to the normal edition. The regular edition just barely fits on my shelves but this one doesn’t fit on any shelf in my entire house. I added a photo with other book sizes for comparison.
