BP Pooping?

BP Pooping?

Hello! This is Sylvia. We are new BP owners! We have had her for about a month now. We fed her for the first time a week after we got her as she was getting used to her new environment- for her from Petco! she had already been there 8 months. We feed her every Wednesday. So she has now successfully ate 3 times under our care. She eats in her enclosure. She’s awesome and we love her! But, she has not pooped since we have gotten her. Is this normal? Or can it indicate that we are not feeding big enough rats? We do frozen (thawed) and she’s eating adult size. Last time we weighed her before feeding she was 448 grams.

Just wondering when we should expect her first poop and when to be concerned! Thank you all!

6 year old kid with lone mole, seems to have grown… do I need to get it checked out?

My son is 6 and a half. He had this mole on his left hip area almost near his butt. I noticed it when he was about 2.5 years old. He was seen by a dermatologist around that age but mostly because he has many café au lait spots. But they did do a body exam. His genetic testing regarding that was normal. I am just worried about it this stand alone mole. He has 2 very tiny dots I noticed this year on his shoulder and back but nothing like this one. I’m just worried because it doesn’t look very round. It’s not very big but has definitely grown as he’s grown. He’s a healthy growing child. I do have OCD and I am trying to not spiral about this which is why I’m asking for advice before I call his doctor next week. Is this concerning? Like I said, I will talk to his doctor and most likely get referred to dermatologist as we now live in a new state. Thanks in advance!

Sudden spike in BP

Hello, I’m a 28F. 5’6 about 160lbs.
I am having a sudden spike in BP the last 2 days. My BP is usually “perfect” 110/70 range.
I went to the ER Thursday night due to arm pain/dizziness/shallow breathing/ headache that started that afternoon. Checked my BP at home and it was 130/90 which is rare for me.

At the ER it went back down to 114/79 when I first got there. They did an EKG/chest xray/all kinds of bloodwork and everything came back normal. I was given fluids via IV and sent home. I cannot find the paperwork that states my BP before I left. I was instructed to follow up with my PCP.

I am still feeling that shallow breathing feeling but all other symptoms have subsided. However, I have been checking my BP and my systolic has been 122-127 since and my diastolic has been between 77-82.

This is really rare for me. I usually run on the normal side for my BP even when I am sick. Anyone have experience with this? What steps should I take next to figure out this issue?

I do have a history of anxiety and did have a really stressful day the day these symptoms started but I’d figure if nothing is actually wrong my BP should return to normal? Any advice welcome. Thank you!
