I’ve had my 26 XC60 Ultra for about two weeks. The airflow from the ventilated seats is weak, almost non-existent, even though the setting is on high and the AC is cranking. Does it need a service visit or am I missing something about the way it is supposed to work?
My 24 NX has 3 months left on the lease. The dealership has started trying to sell me another one with a variety of offers. I am potentially interested in a hybrid but didn't feel like any of these offers were worth pursuing. The latest from this morning was the promise of 'taking advantage of the value of my current vehicle'. I do want to see what they can do and I will consider early termination (the car has 24K miles so there may be some value) but feel like all of this is just a ploy to get me to come in. Any thoughts on getting the best possible pricing?
What are they thinking? That team needs leadership and passion and they need to figure out who it will be coming from. The nonchalance isn't going to cut it.
I had my 24 350 in for service this week and took a 26 350h as a loaner. I found the controls on the steering wheel confusing compared to what I’m used to. Has anyone had a similar impression or are they easy to get used to?
