i might piss off some people with this post but idc. also this is more layed back hate so to say, its more just asking questions about why people do things i hate i guess.

so I'm atheist, i forgot what type it is bc i dont think about it much but anyways, when i first realized i was an atheist (i used to consider myself Christian but never really cared), i told people and they freaked out. now stay with me I'm saying this to help make my point. their first thought was "well do you believe in something else like Greek Mythology?" and also make crosses with their fingers. this was back in 6th grade but its crazy that 6th graders actually care about that. but my first complaint is, why are some religions just downgraded to a Mythology? i cant even find a certain actual name for it, just Greek Mythology or random names that ive never heard (which i guess helps my point). or why is Christianity (or muslim and other religions) not considered Mythology as well? like these are genuine questions if you can answer that please do

next, recently my friend has been trying to make me Christian again, and ive told him to stop but he wont. we had a discussion once of him asking me why i dont believe in god, and i said ive never been able to and that the existence of a devine being just never made sense to me. then he said i should try praying and god would answer me (which i did in fact do and guess what, nothing). he then said hes heard god talk to him nonsense, which i just didnt believe and im pretty sure he was just saying that to convince me... but i say all this to ask, what does he GAIN out of this?? what do you achieve with making 1 person believe in the most believed religion in the world

ive also seen videos of people in public (the particular video I'm thinking of was a pride festival, so thats just great) spreading Christianity and they just sound genuinely stupid. like shut up i think we all know what Christianity is if we want to believe in it we will. and im gonna tie this into: the reason i decsed to post this is because of another post on this sub about hating people that slander others for not being religious or for "disrespecting god" (i forgot the specifics. im forgetful if you cant tell). and i agree. just because someone doesnt belive in god doesnt make them a horrible person. WE HAVE NO PROOF GOD IS REAL. sure, theres a lo to HELP back it up, but PEOPLE MAKE RELIGIONS BASED ON THE WORLD AROUND THEM. humans originated on one spot on Earth, and spread out from there. so, to prove how the stories in the bible were written so far apart, well they were written centuries apart, and in that time people would spread out across multiple areas, and you just need one settlement to write the bible and travel with it, developing it over a wide geographic region.

anyways i do have more i dont like but I'm gonna stop typing now. if ANY of this has 100% sure proof against it, PLEASE let me know, i actually want to know. also i know this is a pretty poorly written hate post, but this is a controversial subject and I'm NOT saying what i really want to say

I'm staying in one now actually and its horrible. i believe its meant to be one of the better ones out there (not super expensive or anything though). but anyways, i got to the hotel at around 7 yesterday, went to check out the bed and the pillow just... flattens. like there isnt a pillow at all. WHY WOULD YOU PUT DOWN A PILLOW THAT DOESNT ELEVATE YOUR HEAD?? i had to take a second pillow and fold it in half so it couldnt flop like that.

there was also a lot of ceiling space in this particular hotel, quite high up. no fan. WHY DO HOTELS HAVE HORRIBLE CONTROL OVER THEIR AIR? I've always had the AC unit placed on the FLOOR in my hotels, meaning you can hear every noise it makes, and if i remember right, there has never once been a fan to help circulate air. i was like halfway to passing out last night and half of the reason was the heat.

when iayed down to go to bed some family had gone into the room above us and started stomping around. i couldnt sleep for about 30 minutes for that alone. and sure its not the hotel's fault, but i think if you come during the day you should get an upper floor, and if you come at night you get the bottom floors so you dont disturb people trying to sleep

the IDEA of a hotel is great! but if you cant execute it well then why bother. sure a fan or good AC may cost extra, but youll get more people staying because you'll have higher reviews, meaning more money.

example: say you havent watched TADC or even know its called TADC, but know who Jax is. someone shows a picture of Jax and ask what theyre from. you say you dont know. they ask his name. you say Jax.

i HATE when right handed people say "oh youre left handed? you cant use scissors or notebooks or this or that" (ok they dont actually say that but whatever) but yes i can? i can idk, turn the notebook to the other side? now the rings are on the right?​ where my hand isnt? and ive used right handed scissors with my left hand since i learned how to use scissors. i cut weird yes, but does the way i cut matter if i get the same outcome? no.

i get making fun of left handed people as a joke, but its not like we're suffering everyday like they claim. people act like school is hell for left handed people, but at least in my experience, teachers dont give a shit if youre right or left handed (may be different if your teacher is fucked up), and desks are symmetrical triangle things, so you get the same amount of room on either side.

the worst experience is probably bumping elbows or drinks being next to eachother, but bumping elbows doesnt happen often and its not like my right arm was cut off, i can still USE it. and thats another thing, people act like you can only use your dominant hand or else you die or something. like no? when i do physical activities my right hand decides to lock in, and i can still do basic activities with it, like eating (sure as hell cant write with it though).

So ive been playing Minecraft since about 1.17, and theres few features i dont know about, other than extremely specific ones of course (like some commands or redstone tricks). But somewhat recently on Hermitcraft, some Hermits didnt know Prismarine changed colors, and ive known this for years! and I would get maybe 1 or 2 people not knowing but it was a good chunk of the server. i know they cant be expected to know every little thing about the game, but you would think theyd figure out these things over time, especially for how long most of them have played, and playing the game being their job. and when minecraft youtubers discover something that ive known about for years, especially if its been in the game since before i even started playing, i just sit there wondering how they didnt know this. and i feel like most of the cool things they discover are from a much earlier part of the game

does anyone else feel this way or is it just me?

I posted a post (wow) asking a question that ISNT hard to answer, it was an opinion based question to be answered generally, and i got 4 upvotes but 1 comment? like those 4 people upvoting should have replied? that doesnt- what? why would you upvote a post asking a question without contributing? i get if its a question you CANT answer but my question was "whats a song that has no right being as good as it is" and i got 1 comment and 4 upvotes like just reply.
