Barky setting some boundaries

Hello

First time dealing with a headset – I was replacing the stem and accidentally loosened the expander plug too much, when I fished it out the rubber o-ring around the pieces disintegrated basically. Can I just replace the seal or is the plug a goner? I don’t know how it’s supposed to look like
