If the show had a European ending..

What would it be like?

Would Ted move to another European country or maybe even farther with no Tracy? Or accept Robin's child free life and eventually adopt assuming writers didn't refer to her as aunt Robin in earlier seasons? Or any other possibilities how he would have kids? Or maybe divorce from Tracy because she's not that perfect as he imagined?

Tracy being perfect and her death is just wrapping up the story and too convenient or smth, just doesn't feel realistic.

Does it make sense to date in this state of mind?

I suffered from parental negligence/abuse in childhood/adolescence. School was also brutal. Also, I needed to survive until my late 30s, having a few moments where I thought I won't make it to 40s.

I am realizing the impact of all that now after 40. I understand what I have gone through, did some therapy, but it does not help with me being serious or kind of sad a lot of the times.

Does therapy supposed to make you less sad/happy? Does it make sense to date in this kind of mental state? It's kind of tiring to keep doing therapy.

Dating someone with a higher position

So I have met this woman, she's nice and open. I haven't noticed while texting, but when we met, the vibe was like she can't turn off her manager side. It just felt weird like I am dating my manager.

I have been a manager briefly long time ago. But I wonder how other managers behave while dating.
