Anyone else wish Afterlyfe Deluxe wasn't cancelled?
The Lyfe-Afterlyfe sound is some of the most ethereal shit I've ever heard. Such a unique and spacey-vibe. Up off x, Wat it feel lyke, Krank, No more talk, Sum to do, Split, Type money and unreleased like Every Month, Move enough dope, Go Away etc... God I just miss this sound so much. Really wish we got the Afterlyfe deluxe.
Afterlyfe may not be his best album but that sound will always be special to me, wish he made more music off that sound.

Got Champ for the first time! Here are my best clips from my journey through Diamond
If anyone is in Diamond looking to hit champ, my advice would be to really focus on game sense and rotations instead of mechanics, mechs are more important in later ranks I've been told. Even though it may not look like it, mechs did NOT get me to champ, game sense did. Playing safe and working around ur teammate will let you rank up more consistently. I can give you a few youtube channels that helped me if you need.
But here are some things that helped me. These are things I am actively working on. (I also got these from an SSL coach so u can trust the advice):
- Don't idly drive towards the play, you will often be too close and a pass/shot will go over you or you will be awkward. Slow down if you need to or drive purpendicular to the play. Do not point urself towards the ball unless you have the intention of challanging.
- Try to learn to pay attention to all cars on the field. Where they are driving, how fast they are driving, if they are backwards, and how much boost they have. Your read of car language will develope as you rank up. But playing 1s can help. Start doing things like moving your camera when you are falling and can't do anything or when the ball is in the air and a play isn't happening.
- Learn to read the play. Simple things like noticing when someone is about to got for a powershot or a soft touch or a dribble etc...
- Don't throw away possessions. Always have an intention b4 hitting the ball. If you're low boost and have the ball, don't just throw it away, keep it close and go for a low 50. If you are in the opponents corner and have a low chance of shooting onto net, try to bring the ball mid to ur tm8. U don't need to be able to expertly dribble and flick, just doing small things to keep possession can help.
- Time your rotations to maintain speed. Sometimes you make the right play of going backpost but you get there too early and have to stop and don't have enough momentum for when the shot comes. Time your rotations so that you maintain your speed.
If you're looking for advice on mechs instead, I made a whole post about my training packs, workshop maps, plugins, tips and tricks for mechs etc... here: https://www.reddit.com/r/RocketLeague/s/7Khg0Ou1a8
