Do you ever feel like gender roles took something from you?

I know some people are okay with them but I wanted to see if the way I feel has any commonality.

I have a lot of grief for my childhood having undergone female childhood where there were social barriers to doing the things I wanted to do.

I’m having trouble articulating myself better but I guess I’m just wondering if the “you’re __ therefore you’re supposed to ___” attitude towards gender ever caused you harm or restricted opportunities

Terror at reality

People with certain professions scare me. Certain buildings scare me. All around me I see people torturing people and it’s horrible to live with because it’s reality and it’s true and something you have to contend with to live in this world. I’m not there because it all hurts so deeply and although I don’t, I feel like i need to hide and be safe

I have to believe there’s more than suffering but it feels like it’s seeped into the ground and poisoned everything

Does adderall cause time distortion?

Longterm in terms of days not hours

I’ve been taking my medication and spending all day working on a basement. I have 0 grip on when I started but apparently it was 4 days ago which feels ridiculous. Genuinely without the photos I would have no idea when I started at all. It feels like 2 weeks but even that doesn’t seem right

Like today I played some video games then cleaned for 8 hours and now I’m in bed. But it doesn’t feel like I did any of that or if I did, that version of me is long gone and dead

Is this common?
