Can anyone tell me where to get this game or something like it? Throw a grenade over or through an obstacle to blow up an enemy...

I’m running into a persistent video stuttering issues. The stuttering occurs regardless of the app I’m using, it happens in VLC, the native Gallery app, and MK player but it plays online fine. ​The video will start to stagger and stop while the audio continues. The pause will lay 3-5 seconds.

​What I’ve tried so far:

1. ​Disabled hardware acceleration in third-party players.
2. ​Adjusted system display refresh rates.
3. ​Turned off the "Video Brightness" feature.
4. ​Cleared system and app caches. ​ ​Despite these steps, the stutter persists. Has anyone else encountered this and fixed it. I’m starting to suspect it might be a performance profile or background process conflict.
