What happened to basic humanity?

I’m genuinely disgusted by some of the comments I’ve seen locally following the deaths of three people near Shoreham.

Before their identities were known, people expressed sadness and concern. Once they were known, some of that turned into outright racism.

Three people have died and families are grieving.

Their ethnicity doesn’t make their deaths any less tragic.

It’s particularly horrible seeing people apparently feel comfortable posting or supporting this stuff publicly, under their own names, as though there should be absolutely no consequences for it.

Whatever your views on immigration, basic humanity shouldn’t be conditional.

Using chat GPT/AI with ADHD/Autism

Hi everyone!
I have AuDHD and I keep seeing people talk about really clever ways they’re using AI to make life easier, but I feel a bit lost and like I’m not making the most of a resource that could genuinely help me.

I’d love to hear how other people with AuDHD use AI in their day-to-day lives. What are your favourite prompts, hacks, tools, or systems?

Some things I’m curious about:
• Managing overwhelm and executive dysfunction
• Breaking down tasks into manageable steps
• Meal planning and shopping lists
• Managing work/study responsibilities
• Parenting support and routines
• Emotional regulation and processing thoughts
• Creating routines that actually work with an AuDHD brain
• Remembering appointments and important tasks

If you have any specific prompts you use regularly, I’d really appreciate if you could share them too! I’m looking for practical examples because I know AI could probably help me a lot, but I don’t really know where to start.

Thanks! 😊
