Looking for good news stories. Both my tests this morning were stark negative. Anyone test positive after day 5 and went on to have a live birth?

Trying to feel hopeful still but as we know it’s hard. For context, my last transfer was positive on day 5 but ended in a blighted ovum. Tell me your success stories 😍
