Tldr: Should I upgrade from my still-good M1 Pro to an M5 Mac now for heavier mobile/AI work, or wait for the next Mac possibly until 2027?

I bought m1 pro 16gb when i started college, when it came out, now it is not bad at all, but i want to upgrade to a bigger ram and heftier one since i started doing real work not just studying. I do mobile apps as a hobby and do ai workloads, training, research inference and so on.

Should i upgrade to M5 now or wait for the coming new mac? And will i have to wait till 2027 to be able to get one?

I will visit dubai during the summer, where can i rent nice cars maybe a mustang (thats nice for me..) or a bmw in dubai for a day or two maybe without getting scammed? I live in turkey so yeah a mustang can go up to 500k$ here…

I have avg price of 270$~ in hubspot, unfortunately a dumb almost 20% of my money in stocks are there.

What do you think of the company? As my loss just broke 34%, is it going that bad to be unreasonable to hold further? I do not believe that it will go that bad and i think it might bounce a bit, but i think a lot and most are not so real :)

What do you think of the stock and the company at this point?
