Diagnostic tool was used by two different mechanics. One said he bypassed the car and manually operated the a/c and said it’s not the compressor and probably the module or cable from module.
Second mechanic says it’s while the compressor is on, the pressure levels are too low and need new compressor.
Who’s right?
Reinstalling this unit in a NYC building in new wall sleeve. Sleeve depth is longer than normal. It had two dividers that were installed, see below and a diamond shaped grill made of metal installed in back of new sleeve What is best way to re-install, / position the dividers correctly? Should they adhere to grill shown below in the flat groove and slide unit back in? Also, any suggestions on what type of foam insulation to use around the perimeter of the grill on sleeve?

I may have a diamond plate grill made of metal instead of Frigidaire supplied grill. What is best way to re-install, / position the dividers correctly?
