Im stuck on 300 views per reel

How do I gain more views consistently? Every reel I post seems to get stuck on 200-300 views and handful of likes.

I have tried hashtags, long captions, consistent daily posting. What am I missing?

What should I do here?😭 my player isnt falling down but This is a clear penalty. Basically stops and I lose the ball. Do I need to press some other button or is this just another bs thing ffs. Not the first time this has happened too
