I am thinking of buying a E-Moto bike, in europe, suggestions tips?

I am looking for a bike that is not hard to learn, i want to have controll and feel "light smooth", i want to use it to go to school work, and have fun go places.

Maybe some ofroad and some small jumps, i am lightweight 50-60kg.

The bike needs to be streetlegal, not to hard to get insurance, and posible upgrades like a bigger battery.

And when i get 18 and get a higher license, it needs to be posible that it goes faster then 45km/h.
