Air service to the Eastern Sierra extended year round
Visitors and locals alike are stoked about United Airlines extending their commercial flights to year round, 4 days a week Bishop BIH to SFO.
Winter seasonal flights have been added to the Denver and San Francisco legs (7 days a week). More routes are possible in the future as the current service continues to be successful and the region invests in airport infrastructure.
I’m not a shill for corporate travel - just a local excited about more travel options into and out of our beautiful but isolated corner of California.
As United hubs, SFO and DEN have lots of connecting flight options. The route has proved reliable even in tough weather. The ground transportation options are expanding too.
