Does Republic still collect yard waste bundles?

I cut a ton of honeysuckle over the weekend and bundled it. Last year it got picked up on trash day. They didn't take a single one of mine yesterday. Are they not doing it anymore? Did I mess up the bundles somehow?

I have a replacement window and I want to have no trim around it. Do I install drywall over the frame as shown with the red lines or to I drywall out to the blue line?

I know I need to make jamb extension, I am just not sure of where it goes.

Any help would be much appreciated.
