I'm surprising my girlfriend with a "staycation" for her birthday. We're in our mid 20s and I'm looking for hotel recommendations with unique experiences. Hotel restaurant and bar quality are high on our list, plus nearby fun things to do. I'm a life long Seattle native so I've never had to stay in a hotel here, I'm at a bit of a loss.
