leisure and sleep. Steadily running at +1.2 s/d that’s surprisingly better than my pair of Omega SMP 300 so far which are both at +2 all being 2024 watches.

New Aquaracer

I’m more of an Omega fan but just got the new Aquaracer 300 in green quite impressed so far, £2650 paid brand new stickered full set, got to be a good value diver for that price point. Keen to see how these new COSC movements peform, it’s what let Aquaracer predecessors down IMHO. Keen to see how it’s stacks up against the Seamaster 300.

How are people finding the performance of these new Aquaracer movements after a couple of years or so for them to wear in? anybody sitting nicely at +2 or less, I’m on the fence about getting one in the black dial.

Today I have closure on being scammed.

I was scammed with 3 counterfeit designer bags on Vinted to the tune of £1100, I’ve now leant my lesson. I was sold the bags with very convincing Harrods receipts the fakes were also of a high quality, I only found out a number of weeks later when I came to resell one and ebay flagged it as fake, Harrods also informed me the receipts weren’t genuine. To cut a long story short I contacted Vinted to see what could be done but got the usual blah blah 48 hours passed we can’t help you , the typical bot/AI customer service response you get, I then went to my bank and raised a debit card chargeback for the 3 transactions, Vinted contacted me almost immediately and threatened me with a ban if I didn’t cancel them, of course this was an actual human this time, I refused, got banned and today received my last £400 chargeback. So it was either keep my account or walk away with £1100, I will take the money please.
