Mixing my post-hardcore/emo band myself. What am I missing in this mix?
Hi my band has been around 20 years and I’m finally starting to release mixes I’ve done myself instead of hiring someone. They sound good to me, but I’d love to hear if anyone hears any blindspots in my mixes. Drums stress me out the most so I went back and forth the most working with those. I’m great with criticism so don’t worry about hurting my feelings. I’d love to record other bands as a side hustle so just wanna gauge if I’m close to that territory yet. Thanks!
