[Hiring] Herd Business & Growth Lead

Looking for somebody to help grow a new creator platform called HERD.

We’re building a platform focused on creators, brands and agencies — mainly solving the messy side of collaborations, campaign management and communication as things start scaling.

Right now I’m looking for somebody confident with outreach, partnerships and relationship building who can help bring brands and agencies onto the platform leading up to launch.

Would suit somebody with sales/business development experience, agency connections, creator industry knowledge, or just somebody naturally good at building relationships and spotting opportunities.

The role is very performance and growth driven, so it’s probably best for somebody motivated by upside and long-term potential rather than a standard fixed-position job. Huge opportunity for the right person to get involved early while the platform is still growing.

The website and socials are already live and active, and we’re building momentum pretty quickly now.

Has anyone else come across this new creator platform?

I came across a new platform called HERD earlier and spent a bit of time looking through the waitlist page.

From what I can tell, it’s aiming to fix a lot of the messy parts of creator / brand collaborations that normally become difficult to keep organised once campaigns start growing. The site actually looks surprisingly polished for something this early, and the socials don’t feel like one of those fake startup pages with stock posts either — they seem genuinely active and consistent.

What caught my attention was that it looks more focused on keeping everything organised and easier to track between creators, brands and agencies rather than just being another influencer marketplace.

I’ve seen loads of platforms try to enter this space and most disappear or never really improve the communication side properly, so I’m curious whether this could actually stick around if they pull it off properly.

Has anyone else seen it yet or signed up? Curious to know if people are actually planning to use it when it launches and whether anyone knows more about the team behind it.
