My first procedure was traumatic and I was not forewarned of the pain I would experience during the placement of the IUD. I’m looking for any recommendations for clinics that offer local anesthesia and consultation about management of anxiety during the procedure.
I’ve been without any social media for almost a year and also been off the apps for 6 months. I live in Canada and don’t go out at all (to the bars and restaurants). 28F in the gym 4 times a week, live in a smaller city and commute to a big one for work, bestfriend lives across the country and I don’t have any close girlfriends to go out with.
