ID help: bedbug or roach?

ID help: bedbug or roach?

(finger for scale) i live in the southeastern USA and found this on the floor of my kitchen, and am not sure if it’s a roach nymph or a bedbug. i found a similar bug a few months ago and freaked out, but it was ID’d as a baby cockroach. i do have a roommate who will keep food trash in her room for weeks on end, and have found larger roaches in other areas of the house. we do get “palmetto bugs” around these parts but those are normally larger and winged. the thing that’s led me to be concerned that this could be a bedbug (beyond my fear of getting them) is a few small black stains on my fitted sheet, but those could be makeup since i do wear a lot of dark eye makeup. any help on an ID would be appreciated!!

help identifying bump red rash behind ears/on back of neck

hi everyone, i noticed this rash on the back of my neck/behind my ears two days ago- i had a similar one a few months ago, localized to behind my ears and the back of my neck. there are like two bumps on the front of my neck that look similar but it’s nowhere near as widespread. the bumps are not itchy, and i do sweat in my sleep/tend to get inflamed hair follicles and body acne on other parts of my skin, but the way some of them look like they’re in a line or L shape concerns me. i’m not sure if this is a dermatology situation or a bug bite situation (i really hope it’s the former). does this look like contact dermatitis or something like that? i do get rashes from other things (like if i walk barefoot in certain types of grass, i’ll get an itchy red bumpy rash on my ankles) and i think i remember having bumpy rashes behind my ear as a kid. i’m just not sure where to start with treating this- all i’ve done so far is wash it with body wash, rinse thoroughly, and put hydrocortisone on. any advice would be really appreciated!
