Project allocation visibility other than mysource

Hi I want to know if there is any way we find out in mysource for active applications that are raised by someone else for us?
In the sense how do I know if a manager has raised a staffing request for me?
When I directly apply to roles through mysource it appears in my applications but how do I know for those that aren’t applied directly by me?
(Other than asking/contacting Rms?)

Project release process ?

I got onboarded to a project, and there is another potential opportunity from another project (which I’m more interested in) the other project manager tells that he is still considering me for the role and asked my current projects manager email id.
I have no idea what’s happening if I will be continuing in the current project or will they eventually release and take me in the other project. I’m losing focus on work and not able to concentrate.
Any advices on whether all these happens and whether actually the project gives release?

I was exploring the Deloitte ai academy and logged in Anthropic website and it auto registered for Claude certified architect foundations certification
I wanted to know if there is any procedure for this exam, like can i prepare for it directly and then just take the exam?
Is it free of cost?

I recently got onboarded to an internal project and there is no much scope or no clear cut responsibilities for me as far as I understood from the one and half weeks in the project.
I want this to be a milestone year and after communicating with TL, she and her manager tried to release me off the project by sending an email to the RM.
But I don’t know why the RMs are not at all ready to release me from this (I don’t know if I failed in communicating the reason to them clearly or if they just don’t understand)
I was approached for a few client projects and it did not reach at the level of staffing because by then I got assigned to this. To be frank, I’m more interested in client facing roles for this year especially since i want it to be a milestone.
I feel really bad with all this, just need some advice on how to approach this or if someone has faced similar situation. If I’m going to be continuing in this project, then what can I do to make a strong impact if there is not going to be proper work?
PS: I asked my coach and according to him if project people are ready to release then RMs cannot deny.
I feel stuck in the middle of all these.

Hi, I work in yemlur. I wanted to know which areas are suitable for taking rental flats, affordable and pet friendly. I’m looking for 1bhk with max budget of 15k incl. maintenance in a safe society.
I do not want to take flats very far from yemalur because commute distance will take long.
Any suggestions on good areas which offers affordable pet friendly flats?

Hi I recently joined in October as experienced hire (3+ yoe) but onboarded as analyst level.
I wanted a promotion next year but due to some reason I couldn’t connect with my manager and specify this (my performance was good but I’m not sure if they flagged the onl)
For the second snapshot I did specify this to the manager and she was supportive of it. She told my performance has been well and that I was ready for a promotion.
Just wanted to make sure like how this entire thing works. Is there anyway if we can see the responses given by my manager?
And if one of the snapshot does not have the flag will it affect the promotion?
Does promotion heavily depend on onl flags?
