AW3425DWM Color shift and smearing?

Hi all, just got the aw3425dwm monitor for $369. This was supposedly the best monitor this side of 500 dollars. However, I think i face some uniformity issues . The monitor edges and the bottom seem to be "whiter " m than center when viewing normally. For reference ,I come from g14 2021 and macbook 16 m1 pro screens.

About black smearing, while ufo test shows almost 0 smearing and only some ghosting. While playing last of us, I could sense some visibile smearing . Granted i did play it using moonlight connected to diff host PC. Could it be due to VRR?

Also my eyes seem to hurt due to too much contrast and only blacks, is this a rel problem?

I really love the size, but the next alternatives in my country are aw3425dw which is more than twice the money, which I really don't want to spend. This monitor will also double as my coding monitor during my WFH days.

Can someone pls help me out here and lmk if these are normal, I still have a return window of 7 days left .

risk profile: High / Aggressive. I am comfortable with volatility for long-term gains.
investment horizon: 15-20 Years (Till I retire or am fired)

I am 22 years old, recently started my corporate career. I have my emergency fund sorted and luckily have no loans to my name.

1. Goals:

  • Buy a Car in 3 years
  • Business capital or house down payment in 8-12 years

2. Current Holdings & Strategy

  • Quant Small Cap: 30k - Chose for long-term growth and I liked its name:)
  • Parag Parikh Flexi Cap: 40k - Chose due to its conservative management and stable returns

SIP plan

I might also be able to save up to 20k a month occasionally which would go to arbitrage fund. The arbitrage fund would also be used for purchases like Bike, phone, and other moderately big purchases if feasible.

  1. I am currently in Quant, but am slightly worried about frontrunning and other news I have heard about this fund
  2. Is an Arbitrage fund the right move, or should I invest in Liquid or Debt Funds? I come under 20% tax bracket in new regime
  3. Is it okay to have 2 mid cap funds? I read that only is more aggressive in the approach while the other is more conservative. Hence thought of 2 funds.

I am open to any fund suggestions or strategy pivots. Thanks in advance for the help!
