Found this little guy growing in my soil pot that was just empty with soil last week. What plant could it be?

I’m tired of my box shape hair, and it’s super hard to maintain throughout the day without it becoming huge and annoying. Can anyone suggest a good haircut, or a way to style it better? I’m thinking of thinning it or something

Ok it’s not funny anymore this hair is too hard to keep from looking like the third photo in my daily life. My hair is really thick and wavy. Does anyone have any haircut suggestions, or ways to style this or help with the overly thickness without ruining anything? Every time I go for a haircut I’m still stuck with this box shape — I don’t know what to tell my hairdresser
