We just got spectrum WiFi in our home and I can’t get to google on my phone or computer with WiFi on but have no problem with it off… my wife can still get to google on her phone and computer. Any idea why? We have tried restarting the router, my phone and laptop but are out of ideas.

We just got WiFi in our new house and whenever I search on safari it says “safari can’t open the page because the network was lost” but if I turn off WiFi it doesn’t say that and I can google. Any ideas why this is happening? Already tried restarting internet router.
