Suspected dementia and behaviours

My grandad is currently undiagnosed but has had dementia-like symptoms for almost 1 year. He has his appointment with the consultant today for his diagnostic appt.

He has become very behavioural and struggling with everyday tasks. My elderly grandmother is struggling to keep him at home/safe and independent as possible.

Grandad Recently started accusing gran of having an affair (never happened) the tension in the house is heavy. Also been accusations towards family members who have been to see him recently.

Any advice on how to manage these behaviours towards my Gran and family?

AITA for calling out spiteful behavior?

I'm due to get married in 7 months. My longtime best friend is getting married 8 weeks after me and she asked me to be the chief bridesmaid.

I was told about a group chat a few months ago but was not added. I was added today and scrolled up reading messages from the other bridesmaids from months ago. The so-called best friend posted in her chat to say that I'm missing due to getting married before her so I will only find out the details later when things are decided. I find this incredibly spiteful. I've offered to take her shopping and plan things but been blown off each time.

She's always been unhappy that I'm getting married first. I've told her it's not a competition. We are getting married at different venues, different colors, different people etc.

Today I challenged her and apparently AITA for being offended and hurt by it.

AITA for asking my family to keep my unwell grandparent at home?

I get married in 5 months.

One of my grandparents is unwell with dementia. It is progressing significantly to the extent they are becoming distressed and upset in familiar surroundings.

I am concerned that they will become distressed at my wedding at a venue they've never too and with people they're unfamiliar with. I'd hate for them to feel like that. I'm unsure if they even recognize me.

It's more for their welbeing then my wedding.

AITA for asking family to keep them at home on the day?
