I’ve never been involved in Scouting before, and I’ve also never worked professionally with kids, so this is all pretty new to me. The team seems great though there’s a young leader and another Beaver leader who’s been there for years, so I’m hoping I can learn a lot from them.
Any tips for a complete beginner? Things you wish you knew when you started? Mainly wondering how to build confidence with the kids and not feel completely out of my depth on the first night

Hey, I’m looking for a basic cheap chromebook just to use for simple internet browsing, movie streaming and calling friends on discord with, I already have a macbook but I’m quite protective of it and don’t really like to take it off my desk as it’s quite expensive but I use that for more intensive tasks such as editing and music production, I just need something cheap and basic to take out to the library or to friends places for casual use. Hey, I’m an 18 year old trans guy looking to get top surgery, I’ve been out for 4 years and have been on T for 6 months and I’m looking at top surgery as the next stage for my transition. Does anyone know the most affordable surgeons I could see for top surgery as my budget is quite tight, ideally looking at maybe 9k-10k max? Any suggestions appreciated
