
Account Terminated
I ordered a package to be delivered to an AirBnb that I was staying at like two weeks ago. I requested that my package be delivered to the leasing office but it was instead delivered infront of the door. I was not there at the time of delivery. When I got to the Airbnb the package was no where to be found. I went to the leasing office to inquire and they didnt have the package. I made amazon aware of the package being either missplaced or stolen and two weeks later after a long back and forth with customer service my account has now been closed. I rarely order anything off of Amazon as I live in The Bahamas and shipping is a hassle. And the last set of returns that I made on Amazon was in 2021. They also refuse to reimburse me for the package that I never received after saying that they would process it . None one my account appeals seem to remedy this situation and its truly frustrating to be dealing with this from a whole other country. Is there any other way to speak with an agent live because I would prefer to just get my money back and never deal with Amazon again.
