emily’s new vlog

Okay so I’m trying to watch Emily’s new Korea/Japan vlog and it’s really hard to do when every 30 seconds she keeps complaining about how she hates vlogging in public. It is so hard to get through and It’s almost like that is literally your job 😃😃.

Is this harness too small???

I can’t tell if this harness fits her or not. It’s loose right now because she’s just getting used to it, but it feels like it sits very high up on her neck. I can’t tell if it’s hurting her, although she’s eating treats just fine while wearing it. I ordered the next size up, and it’s arriving in the mail today. Any advice?

World Tour of Blowouts

One thing I’ve noticed about Loren Asad’s travel content is that no matter where she goes, it all looks exactly the same. She’ll visit places that are dream destinations for so many people, yet the content is always just restaurants, cafés, and blowout appointments.

Paris is the best example. You don’t have to be a huge history buff to enjoy the city, and I’m not saying everyone needs to spend their entire trip in museums. But there are endless things to do besides getting a blowout and eating out. Visit the Eiffel Tower, explore different neighborhoods, take a pastry-making class, browse local markets, see the architecture, or even create food content beyond just filming yourself at a table.

What really stood out to me was that instead of actually going to the Eiffel Tower, she went to a restaurant where it was just visible in the background and took photos there instead. It felt like the aesthetic of being near a landmark mattered more than actually experiencing it.

The same thing happened in St. Tropez with Yasamin. From what they posted, it was just café after café and salon appointments. They have the audience and opportunities to create genuinely interesting travel content, trying Michelin-star restaurants, using their following to go behind the scenes with chefs, exploring local culture, or showing unique experiences but every trip ends up looking identical.

At this point, it feels like they don’t actually travel to experience these places. They travel to recreate the same routine in a different location. If you have the opportunity to not only go to these places, but get paid to visit them you would think that you would make the most of it.
