2017-2022 I’ve got As/A*s in all papers. Very broad range of As (low to high) and my A*s have been literally on the grade boundary. But in the 2025 paper for example I’ve got a B (totalled across all papers) and was 8 marks off an A. Idk what it is but I just don’t know how to improve any more. I’ve done about 100 pmt exam question sets, all the past papers possible, revised that stupid synthesis map 1000 times. I feel like all my marks now are just absolutely ridiculous losses. I’m bad at paper 3 too, how tf do I revise for practical skills. any advice would be so so so appreciated please I’m desperate for an A 🙏

honestly been trying since year 10/11 with no avail. My parents keep going on about how I don’t have one and I need to get one RIGHT now. I just get ignored by any that accept me or ignored by any that don’t even bother sending any communication. Either that or no interview. I don’t get what I’m doing wrong. I feel so guilty that I don’t have a job. I have alevels pretty soon and I’m worried about trying to balance that but trying to get a job for the summer will be just as hard idk what to do. I’ve tried everything trust me retail, hospitality + care. I just get ignored. I have retail experience from volunteering. I really need the money for uni like I genuinely can’t afford to go. my parents make me feel so fucking guilty but I actually cannot find a job.
