I recently got a very important package stolen. I live in Mt. Vernon near Hotel Revival. Does anybody who lives in the area have experience with recovering their stolen packages? Is there a repeat offender in the area that camps out i the same area? Any place I should go looking. Where does the nearest homeless population/camp stay?

I gave Fedex explicit directions to not leave any Package on porch.

This package contained extremely important sentimental items I am desperate to retrieve them.

Im sure this gets asked 50 times a day so Im sorry for being person 51. Aside from sailing a little dingy in a lake I have no real experience. Ive joined some facebook groups in the Baltimore/Annapolis area looking for anybody who needs physical help sailing in exchange for some knowledge. So far most people I've talked with all go out on Wednesdays at 4-5pm which i cant make due to my work.

I'm young, in great shape, strong, and can work hard. Does anybody have any leads for people or groups that would be willing to take me on and teach me in exchange for labor, beers, etc.

Im looking at starting Reta, Tesa, GHK, and MT1. What are you guys thoughts about this stack. I bulked alot during the winter and am having trouble cutting back down. I went from 190 skinny fat to 225 and am having trouble getting below 210 on a leaner frame.

I love flower mart, have been coming for years even before I moved to the city. But now as a mt Vernon resident where are we supposed to park.

Seems like they keep adding more roads to the row away list with cathedral st now being valet only with extremely hard to see signs that show this to people who park there.

I counted 8 cars that I regular see parked near my apartment that were forced to park beyond the zone 28signs and get tickets. I imagine it only going to get worse as the weekend goes on. Parking garages should be free overnight to accommodate for the influx of people coming to appreciate flower mart and all the road closures.
