Help with mob spawn.

Just opened a BoB world on realms for the family to play.

We are new to this add-on. On night one we weren't very prepared to be fair but the monster were insane. There may have been atleast 50 mobs attacking us in a small area. Is this just the game or can I do anything to change this.

Come join the fun !

For anyone that enjoyed the series then I really would encourage you to try https://uo-memento.com/

In a nutshell a Guy stripped then rebuilt Ultima online into a completely new game designed for solo player or smaller groups. It has deep RPG mechanics and years worth of content. This specific server is a fork of that work that strives to keep it alive by adding even more content and big fixes. It can also be played as a single player game.

I am In no way affiliated with the game other than people a player that wants to see it so well have have more people to play with!

Forgot to say. This is a fork of Ruins and riches by Djerv!

Need to Scratch that RPG itch? looking for something oldskool?

We have all been there once a year or so. If you ever played Ultima online then this may be familiar to you if not then you are in for a treat https://uo-memento.com.

This is a fork of Djerv's work on his own project, Ruins and Riches. I'm sure many of you have heard of it, but I'm sure there are even more of you out there who haven't. He basically took Ultima online and rebuilt it from the ground up.

Admittedly, the population is low currently, but this game was designed to be played as a single-player game as well as a multiplayer game. The amount of content here is incredible. It is truly like something I have never experienced before. You can even play it offline locally and run your own private world for yourself.

It has a custom world map, dozens of dungeons and places of interest, and more quests than you can shake a stick at. I actually feel like I'm having an adventure rather than grinding stuff for the sake of it.

The shard owner also seems great and is very active in the Discord. Honestly, do yourself a favour and at least give it a try. This is where my UO itch has landed me, and I'm loving it.

Ive posted this here off my own back and have nothing to do with the management of the game i just like to see it do well and have more people to share my adventure with!

Need to scratch that UO itch but looking for something different?

We have all been there once a year or so. If Outlands or any of the other thousands of shards aren't doing it for you, and you're really looking for something truly different, I'd advise you to check out https://uo-memento.com.

Where are all the Non outlands people playing?

Let's me start by saying I'm not bashing outlands at all. I've played their and I've enjoyed it.

I've got that UO itch again but I know what I'm looking for probably doesn't exist.

I want something that brings that sense of adventure back to the early game rather than just running in attending macros to get skills to max I want something that rewards players for actually playing and exploring the game. So I guess a custom map would be cool for this so everything is new to explore. Perhaps something like a siege perilous ruleset?

But I would also like something with a decent community (as far as can be expected outside of outlands!)

Which server to play?

Looking for an English speaking server, just discovered this game and it looks like it could scratch that oldskool mmo itch. Which server would you recommend for a good community? Or are they all well populated?
