Sleep regression or just baby sleep?

My 15 week old has been a great sleeper from the beginning and I was hoping she would follow her big sister (now 3 years old) and not have any real sleep regressions besides the disruptive sleep when she was learning a new skill.

Baby girl goes to sleep completely independently (I had nothing to do with it...she's just that kind of baby). She's breastfed and sleeps in her own crib. She did start rolling on the early side (12 weeks) so she sleeps on her belly. She's on 4 naps that equal about 4 hours of day sleep, bedtime is around 7-730.

Starting this week she went from waking once at 3-4am to eat to waking up a bunch of times. Two nights ago she woke up at 10pm, 12am (fed her), 2am and 3am(fed her) and woke up at 630 for the day. Last night she woke up at 1am(fed her), 230, 3 and then at 330 (fed her) and woke up at 7am for the day. The wake ups I don't feed her I go in and hold her and then put her down (still awake) and she will fuss but fall back to asleep. I'm really stressed about her crying because I live in a duplex and feel badly for my neighbors. From what other parents describe sleep regressions sound a lot more wake ups so I'm thinking not? She's on the small side so she isn't ready to be night weaned yet.

Nail picking!

My newly turned 3 year old started picking her nails about 6 months ago and it's progressively gotten worse. It used to be when she was doing something mindless like watching TV but she now does it constantly. We were walking down the street and she was holding her water cup against her chest just to pick her nails. She'll even pick her toes if she doesn't have socks on. The skin on her finger tips and some toes is peeling from the picking which only leads to more picking and causes hangnails, redness, pain. I've explained the booboos she has are from picking her nails but it's turned into a subconscious habit so I don't think that helps. Because she doesn't put her hands in her mouth that bitter stuff won't help and bandaids she just takes off (and I can't put bandaids on all ten of her fingers.)

It's driving me CRAZY. Any suggestions??

It's driving me CRAZY.

I was terminated, what do I say to potential employers? [N/A]

TL;DR I got terminated because my job didn't like a tiktok video I made. I'm looking for a new job and don't know what to say to potential employers.

After many years working in tech space two years ago I got a job as HR Director at a small investment firm. REALLY good money but it hasn't been the best experience -- lots of politics, egos, and much more buttoned-up than the tech companies I'm familiar with.

I have a TikTok account where I've amassed around 10k followers. It's strictly an account where I talk about my life being a single mom by choice. I never filmed at work or during work hours, I don't use my last name, what I do, or where I work. We have a very strict social media policy in our handbook and I always follow it.

In November I realized I had made a mistake back in August. It was not great, but nothing that would have a last impacting. As soon as I noticed I informed my boss and we set up a meeting for the next day to debrief. I had been home with my toddler who had been sick and was really stressed and made a video that night that said in passing "and I made a mistake at work and have to have an uncomfortable conversation with my boss tomorrow." By the time I met with my manager I had already come up with a solution so this would never happen again.

Skip ahead two weeks I think I'm having a meeting with my CFO on 2026 comp and its him and my manager. One of my coworkers saw the video, shared it, and now I've lost "everyone's trust." They literally gaslit me into thinking I did this HORRIBLE thing. Now at this point I'm also five months pregnant. They're paying me salary + insurance through what would be my maternity leave (EIGHT MONTHS!!!!) so they wanted me gone and to go quietly. I know they did NOT terminate me because of my pregnancy--its a very family-centric company and we've had like 5 babies born in the last year. I have a couple theories that maybe it was for other reasons but I have zero proof and there are too many lawyers working there to think they'd have evidence to be discovered.

I've been applying since January to just get my feet wet. I had the baby in March and the market as you all know is TOUGH. I've only gotten a couple tiny bites. I do want to be prepared for the inevitable question of what happened -- especially since the CFO and my manager said they didn't feel comfortable being references (I do have a VP I worked closely who said he would be one though).

Thoughts??
