How sustainable are foreign recruits in a war of attrition?

One proposal in Ukraine for military reforms was to staff close to 50% of infantry or assault units with foreign recruits. I assume the Russians are also looking into expanding the use of foreigners. Given given the level of attrition in a large-scale conventional war, is that even a viable plan? In previous wars where the belligerents turned to foreign manpower, what was their experience in dealing with attrition among their ranks?

How hard is it to shoot down a jet-engine aircraft with only AAA or HMGs?

It is said that Russia is starting to ramp up the deployment of the jet-powered Geran-3/4/5 which fly faster than the Geran-2/Shahed-136 which are more difficult to shoot down and may increase the demand for SAMs. When it comes to OWAs, mobile fire groups have been an important countermeasure against them. But if they increasingly become jet-powered, what can we expect?

Compared to propeller driven aircraft, just how hard is it to shoot down something that is jet-powered? In the Vietnam War, AAA was credited for most of the USA's aviation losses over North Vietnam. If were to extrapolate past performance of AAA, what are possible adaptions to the rise of jet-powered OWAs we can learn from history? Is there any particular caliber of AAA that does well against jets?

How useful are Heavy APCs in a peer-to-peer war?

Israel is the only country that has commissioned a Heavy APC in the form of the Namer on scale where they've seen action in Gaza and Lebanon. But in Ukraine, Turtle Tanks being an adaptation by the Russians perhaps can be seen as improvised Heavy APCs and I believe their tank manufacturers are pitching proper built ones among a host of other new designs. Turtle Tanks are said to require many hits by drones to properly take out. The Namer seemingly is impervious to most RPGs and IEDs, but it has been said that proper ATGMs and heavy IEDs have managed to kill a few.

In the context of a peer-to-peer war like we are seeing in Ukraine, is there valid use for proper Heavy APCs? Is simply beefing up your armor a proper adaption to the proliferation of drones, PGMs, and everything else?

During the earlier years of the War in Ukraine on the Russian side, was there any talk of munition shortages and what was done about it?

For a while, the artillery shell shortage was a pressing matter in the West when it came to supplying the Ukrainians. There was talk of expanding production capacity to scouring the world for ammo with shells coming from as far as Sudan and Pakistan. Following that, the next pressing matter with the supply of SAMs were anti-air missiles that is yet to be resolved. But what can be said about the Russians in the same time frame before the war evolved to it's current form?

What has Belarus been doing to support the Russian Invasion of Ukraine since 2022?

Being aligned with Putin and having enabled the initial phase of the invasion from their territory towards Kyiv, what exactly has Belarus been doing for Russia's war effort since the botched attempt at the start of the war to capture the Ukrainian capital? Whereas the Iranians have assisted Russia in getting up to speed with OWA drones and delivered lethal aid alongside the North Koreans who sent also troops to Kursk, what other roles does Belarus play? Do they supply arms, intelligence, air defense support, etc?
